Below, we try to provide answers to frequently asked questions in relation to air travel. If you have a question that is not covered below, please feel free to contact us via e-mail at info@goldenair.se, or call our Customer Service at 0520-825 00. Our Customer Service is located at Trollhättan - Vänersborg Airport. Customer Service will also help you with booking flights via the Internet, at no additional charge. Should you choose to not book the flight yourself, but to have Customer Service do it for you, an additional booking fee of 75 SEK will be charged per ticket/flight.
