What should I think of when checking in?

Passengers with a Business ticket are to check in no later than 15 minutes prior to departure. Passengers with a Economy must check in no later than 30 minutes prior to departure. Check-in closes 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure of the aircraft. In order to be able to provide punctuality and to serve checked-in passengers in due course and with the best possible service, we reserve the right to deny passengers who have not checked in within the time limits mentioned above, access to the aircraft. In such an event, the passenger's ticket will be declared void. We therefore ask all passengers to reserve plenty of time for check-in. In this way, we prevent passenger-related delays. Delays of this nature effectively reduce our possibilities to offer low fares with a good service, frequency and punctuality.
