What about children travelling alone and babies?
Golden Air accepts children travelling unaccompanied by an adult, provided they are between the ages of 5 and 11. Children aged 12 or older count as adults. Children travelling alone are to be accompanied to the airport by a responsible adult. This person is to indicate the child's name, his or her own name, address and telephone number, as well as the name, address and telephone number of the person awaiting the child at its destination. This responsible adult accompanies the child to the gate, and remains at the airport until the flight has departed. If others than the child's parents drop off/pick up the child, the names, addresses and telephone numbers of the parents shall also be provided. The person awaiting the child must always report his or her presence in the terminal. One does so with the staff at Trollhättan - Vänersborg Airport or the Civil Aviation Administration at Bromma Airport. The purpose of this is that Golden Air is able to as best as possible provide information about delays and the like. PLEASE NOTE! Children travelling unaccompanied by an adult must be reported when booking the flight, if this has not been done, we have the right to deny the child access to the flight. We cannot accept children under the age of 5 travelling unaccompanied. Infants are children between the ages of 0 and 2. These children must travel accompanied by an adult, and sit in the adult person's lap. The child travels free of charge. The child cannot have any carry-on baggage allocated to it.
