How do i get my ticket, and when?

Golden Air does not use traditional tickets. With Golden Air, you travel "ticketless". This means that you obtain a code when booking a flight. The code, together with your identification, is equivalent to a traditional ticket. This means that the code has the same value as a flight ticket. You obtain this code when booking a flight on the Internet, through our Customer Service at 0520-825 00, or with one of our agents.
