Visually impaired

Visually impaired passengers will be provided with full assistance, if so desired. When booking the flight, please indicate that the respective passenger is visually impaired. If you do not do so, there is a risk that Golden Air will not have the possibility to transport the passenger. In such an event, Golden Air will assist the passenger in making alternative arrangements for an earliest possible flight with Golden Air.
