Below, Golden Air offers you a low-fares concept that is based on one-way flights. You can therefore compile your own journeys, in order to profit from the lowest prices. If you choose to not book your ticket yourself, via Internet, and want Customer Service to arrange your overall booking, a booking fee of 75 SEK will be charged per one-way flight. Golden Air's low-fares philosophy rules out refunds for our tickets. An exception if made in case of illness, in which case a physician's certificate is required. A refund can then be effected, with a deduction of an administrative fee of 100 SEK per booking (payment code). With our Business tickets, you have the possibility of converting them into vouchers, which you can use at a later convenience. This must be done no later than 30 minutes prior to departure, otherwise your ticket will become void. Red tickets may be cancelled, in which case the Airport administration's fees will be refunded.

Taxes and fees
Golden Air is charged a number of different taxes and fees. Applicable taxes and fees that governments, authorities and airport administrations charge from us, are included in the ticket price and will be specified for marketing purposes.
